Please ensure that you have read and agree to the terms of joining the iLancer freelancer marketplace. The terms "You", "Your", "User", or "Users" refer to anyone accessing our services or web site for any reason. The terms "We", "Us", or "Our" refer to the administrators of iLancer.co.uk. In registering with iLancer, you agree to the terms as described here in their entirety.

THE SERVICE

The iLancer website allows service buyers and service providers to operate on a limited risk basis using the software platform provided. Members are entitles to utilise all of the tools provided by this website but are not permitted to sell, copy or otherwise duplicate the software under any circumstances. In addition, you accept that:

Any information that the iLancer website provides should not be considered professional, medical, legal, technical, or any other discipline-specific advice.

Due to the fact that the iLancer is time-sensitive in nature, iLancer will not accept responsibility for any outdated information or similar that may lead to an inaccurate or misleading conclusion.

ILancer provides unmonitored access to third-party content. ILancer is only acting as a venue and/or portal, and has no liability based on, or related to, the third-party content on this Site, whether arising under the laws of copyright or other intellectual property, defamation, libel, privacy, obscenity, or any other legal discipline. This web site may contain links to third-party web sites. ILancer does not control nor always review the web sites to which we link from iLancer. We, therefore, cannot endorse the content, products, services, practices, policies, or performance of the web sites we link to from iLancer, and Users should not treat any link as such an endorsement or acceptance of veracity or value. ILancer does not have the resources to nor does it undertake any obligation to, control, research, verify, validate, or approve the content that is received or viewed on its web site. We expect that the User will undertake necessary activities and practices and will use caution and common sense when using iLancer for User's account.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Members are prohibited from making direct contact with other members as a means of furthering project discussions or as a means of avoiding commission fees. Direct contact includes the submission of email, telephone, address or instant messenger information. ILancer offers all service buyers the opportunity to host a public message board (PMB) within which project discussions should take place. Only messages posted on the iLancer message board will be considered when assessing any dispute resolution.

ELIGIBILITY

ILancer retains the right to refuse, deny or remove any user, project or bids from the freelancer marketplace service. This service applies to persons over the age of 18 only, and any minors found to be using the service will be suspended without notice. In addition, members who are found to have operated outside of these terms of conditions will not receive either credit or payment for any work undertaken.

PAYMENTS

iLancer will pay all requested balances on the last business day of each month, providing the members balance is greater than £30-00. If the members balance is less than £30-00, the balance will be carried over to the next month. All amounts on the iLancer website are stated in UK pounds and any members should seek third-party confirmation of any currency conversions. iLancer reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal if the source of the funds is suspected to be fraudulent. Any funds received from an account having made a fraudulent deposit (e.g. stolen credit card) will be reversed immediately. If in a fraudulent payment situation a withdrawal has already been processed, you will be expected to return the funds to your iLancer account or face account termination. As previously stated, any member site that GetAFreelancer.com removes from the service due to violation of the Terms and Conditions will receive no credit or payment.

COPYRIGHT MATERIAL

ILancer does not permitted any copyright material from being posted on the website and any member doing so will become liable for any legal proceedings bought about as a direct result of this action.

USER CONTENT

ILancer is not in any way liable or legally responsible for any content posted by its members whatsoever. User represents and warrants that User's content: (a) will not infringe upon or misappropriate any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property right or proprietary right or right of publicity or privacy; (b) will not violate any law or regulation; (c) will not be defamatory or trade libelous; (d) will not be obscene or contain child pornography; (e) will not include incomplete, false or inaccurate information about User or any other individual; and (f) will not contain any viruses or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information. Members are not permitted to advertise any external website, service or goods whatsoever without prior consent from iLancer.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes regarding arrangements between service buyers and service providers remain solely between service buyers and service providers. We are not involved in any transactions between You and any other users of iLancer. You acknowledge and agree that iLancer will not be a party to any such dispute or be obligated to take any action or refrain from taking any action toward resolving any such dispute. If you have a dispute with any other users of the Site, you hereby release iLancer from any and all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, related to such a dispute.
